Plow Creek Bakery began around 1990, here on our farm, just outside of Tiskilwa, Illinois. It is owned and operated by members of Plow Creek Fellowship and Church, an intentional Christian community associated with the Mennonite Church, USA.
We believe that having healthy, non chemically produced food is important, both in the bakery and on our farm. Anything you find on our labels, you will be able to easily pronounce! But because we do not use preservatives, you will need to keep our products either frozen or refrigerated if kept more than 2 days.
